Chicken wings to me are like shrimp to Bubba Gump. Everyone deserves a crispy, juicy, and flavorful chicken wing right from their oven. Read below for the best method in the game to achieve it.
Method for the best crispy chicken wings right from your oven:
- Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel
- Toss in baking powder
- Roast for 30 minutes at 250 degrees
- Turn oven up to 450 degrees and roast for another 40 minutes
- That’s it!
You can make the recipe into your favorite chicken wing flavors by either adding the seasoning when you toss it with the baking powder and/or toss wings with your favorite homemade/store bought sauce after completely roasting them.
